Endo Pharmaceutical CEO Peter Lankau to resign
Endo Pharmaceutical Holdings Inc. late Monday said Chief Executive Peter Lankau will resign March 1 to pursue other interests.
Lankau is also resigning from the company's board.
Nancy Wysenski, the company's chief operating officer, and Charles Rowland Jr., Endo's chief financial officer and treasurer, will assume day-to-day leadership responsibilities until a successor is appointed.
The Chadds Ford, Pa.-based pharmaceutical company's stock closed the regular session down 71 cents, or 2.85%, at $24.16. Brigid Gaffikin bg/gm
